The Cube Astral ZipLink Set turns one room into two room types. Zipped together it is a king or queen bed for couples; unzipped and separated it is two singles for friends, colleagues or family sharing. The set arrives complete: two Astral mattresses, two solid divan bases and two split Cube headboards that read as one squared-off headboard when the beds are pushed together. Because the headboards split with the beds, the room looks intentional in both configurations rather than like a double that has been pulled apart.

The bases join at the head and foot with linking bars, and the mattresses are held together with reinforced zips. There are no tools involved and no specialist knowledge needed, so housekeeping can change the room over between guests rather than waiting on maintenance.

Two sizes are offered, king and queen, which covers most standard twin and double room layouts. Splitting into singles also solves a practical problem that only shows up on delivery day: two single bases and mattresses go up narrow stairs and round tight landings far more easily than one large bed.
